By using the TMS Tours platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us.

1. Service Scope

TMS Tours is a SaaS platform providing reservation management, accounting, CRM, and inventory modules for tour, transfer, and travel agencies. The scope of services varies depending on the selected subscription plan.

2. Account and Access

To access the platform, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

Sharing your account credentials with third parties is prohibited.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not engage in any activity that threatens platform security, harms other users, or infringes third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content and data you share through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content belong to TMS Tours. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

Data you upload to the platform remains your property; TMS Tours uses it solely to provide the service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) are charged upfront. Late payments may result in suspension of service access.

Prices may be changed by TMS Tours with at least 30 days' prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

No charge is made if you cancel after a first-month trial/demo usage.

7. Limitation of Liability

TMS Tours does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Claims for indirect damages arising from technical failures are limited to the monthly subscription fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMS Tours is not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will first be resolved amicably between the parties; if no agreement is reached, the courts of Muğla (Fethiye) shall have jurisdiction.
